١. بناء ثقافة ريادة الاعمال بجامعة العلوم التطبيقية الخاصة.
٢. تدريب الطلاب والموظفين والاساتذة على اساسيات ريادة الاعمال.
٣. مساعدة رواد الاعمال من تحليل افكارهم من ناحية تجارية وفهم نموذج العمل بشكل دقيق.
٤. بناء شراكات مع اعضاء بيئة ريادة الاعمال من شتى الاختصاصات التدريبية، الاستشارية والتوجيهية...الخ
٥. انشاء وادارة حاضنة الاعمال والاشراف على جميع المشاريع الريادية من اجل تجهيزها للاستثمار.
٦. بناء نظام مركز الابتكار والريادة من الالف الى الياء.
