تنفيذ مشروع لسكن أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز في جدة بمساحة اجمالية 700.000 سبعمائة ألف متر مربع بالاضافة لاعمال البنية التحتية والشوارع الداخلية واعمال التجميل الزراعي ومحطات التكييف المركزي مع فريق مهندسين مدني، معماري ،ميكانيك ،كهرباء -اتصالات. تم استخدام احدث تكنولوجيا في الامان والامن والاتصالات مع استخدام برامج البريمافيرا بكامل مدخلاتها لاستعمال العمالة والمعدات بأقل كلفة وأقصر زمن بالاضافة للتخطيط والمتابعة لتقديمات المخططات والمواد. والتدفقات المالية مع تقدم المشروع.
- Managing the complete construction activities for multiple projects in King AbdulAziz University with total value of 1, 500 Million Saudi Riyals.
- Manage and coordinate with the contractors / subcontractors for project fulfillment.
- Conducting technical meetings with the clients for approving invoices and BoQ, …etc
PROJECTS HIGHLIGHTS:
o Married Faculty housing project in KAU: 750 villa for the faculty. project value:1, 300 Million SAR.
o Classroom Buildings & laboratory buildings: diversity of projects in multiple locations with contractors like Rabya, Elkhereiji, ACC etc. in KAU main campus, Faisaliya, Osfan and Rehab campuses, total value more than 300 Million SAR
- Coordinating with Architects, Electromechanical & IT engineers with advanced technology in safety, security & remote communication, controlled by Primavera schedules for finishing projects at minimum cost and handing over on time in parallel with shop drawings & submittals matching with cash flow of project.
PROJECTS HIGHLIGHTS:
o Civil defense heliport: Government project with value : 165 Million SAR
o Executed multiple projects like upgrading of road & runway at Dhahran & Abha, White Horse Hotel, Al Mohaisany Towers, Commercial center Panda and much more which cost a total of 500 Million SAR.
- Supervise the flow of each and every task starting from the equipments BoQ to the execution of the projects on time with the highest quality and as per the budget.
PROJECTS HIGHLIGHTS:
o Prince Mohammaed Bin Abdulla Palace with value : 75 Million SAR
o Juffali Mosque: : at downtown of Jeddah; Project value : 30 million SAR
o Executed multiple of private villas, Towers, Commercial center and much more which cost a total of 200 Million SAR.
