• Provide services in an effective, efficient, secure and cost effective manner

• Manage network workplace and servers infrastructure in an expanding outsourcing environment

• Ensure the integrity of the technical infrastructure and systems architecture

• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the current and new architecture against possible alternatives with Technical Design Team and Security Office.


• Ensure adequate backup and recovery strategies and systems are in place and reviewed regularly

• Manage, monitor and review the relationships with vendors (Cisco, HP, EMC, ect) and ensure that high levels of service are received and maintained

• Managing a team of 11 members responsible for Wintel, Virtualization, Storage and Hardware support

• Managing patch management infrastructure using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)

• Responsible for capacity-planning and performance fine tuning in windows infrastructure services and application platforms.

• Provide escalation support to remote managed services team on Operating system, Servers and Active Directory-related issues
