During this period I am running family’s investments in real estate and stock market. The real estate consists of various properties that are rented out, I am handling all operations and maintenance activities of those properties. In addition I am managing the family’s stocks portfolio in the Saudi Market.
RSM is a reputable International professional firm. I was senior in charge of many Audit assignments in addition to being in charge of many special projects. The special projects included due diligence, and long for reports for many clients in various industries. I worked for Project Management & Development Company / Cluttons. PMDC is part of Saudi Bin Ladin Group. The company is specialized in Real Estate Investments and Assets Management for all Real estate types (Malls, Residential compounds, time sharing towers in the 2 holly cities).
• Participating in preparing Budget & Cash Budget with the respective departments managers for various cycle periods (annual, quarterly, monthly) for head office & related properties; evaluating company's Periodical Financial Position.
• Reviewing, checking & monitoring Plans & Projections (Actual vs. Budget). Preparing Directors & Shareholders reports.
November 2002 to July 2004 as a Senior Market Research Analyst - (Project Management & Development Company / Cluttons)
• Participating in gathering information and accomplishing market survey and assisting in market study preparation in the real estate industry.
• Assisting in carrying out feasibility studies for the same industry.
I was a Staff Accountant - (Ernst & Young International) Jeddah office.
