It wasn't an official job, however it was a one-time gig that the Australian College of Kuwait "hired" me and my team to conduct a market research to properly analyze, research and collect data from its target market.
The purpose of the job was to effectively increase sales in the long run as well as present a different point of view as opposed to what the Australian College of Kuwait's Marketing Team is used to.
the Lost and Found inventory in the absence of the Supervisor/Full-time employees and recorded data of any lost/found items.
•Make/Respond to calls from operations center and from customers regarding flights, baggage, and recorded all data.
•Served as a communication link between supervisors and full-time employees that were scattered across the terminal.
Booth Marketing
I did a one-time gig with the Australian College of Kuwait as a partner to conduct Marketing Research as a Consultant to determine the best method of approach to market themselves as well as survey the target market as to what attracts them and did a thorough analysis based on that survey to properly choose the proper next steps that the company should take to maximize exposure as well as profits in the future. ------ Different Projects: ------ I also developed a Business Plan that included the Marketing Plan where I had to make my own company in an academic setting. With pricing, logo, products, booth, promotions, PR, and marketing as well as financials.
