Design Engineer for Low Voltage Systems at (ABB Saudi Arabia): from June 2011 to September 2013, I was responsible for complete technical and commercial responsibility for projects assigned after the purchase order (PO), including order handling, design and rendering necessary support to the projects / sales groups.

Assigned responsibility:

 Finalize the commercial offer.
 Read and comply the customer specification.
 Finalize and comply with the customer SLD.
 Production of cost effective electrical designs on the E-plan and AutoCAD system for switchgear.
 Compliance of design work to IEC and ANSI standards and in conjunction with the Company quality system.
 Interface with customers, sub-suppliers and project engineers/managers to produce final electrical design package for manufacture purposes.
 Issuing detailed drawings and documents to production for manufacturing.
 Ordering the materials for the complete project according to the offer and the customer specification.
 Attending to production queries during the manufacturing of switchgear panels.
 Attending meeting with customers to solve the issues.
 Communicate and convince the customer to the better solutions.
 Reduce the cost by find the proper materials that can achieve the Specific required function.
