Handling all responsibility’s of security and safety at the bank.
* To formulate an effective security and safety strategies plan for the Company.
* Gathering and analyze statistical information about all security and safety related aspects, followed by recommendations, reports, actions on whatever is appropriate to bank groups.
* Develop and maintain an updated security information system via use of automation to enable prompt access to accurate data as may be required by management.
*Develop security policies and procedures, including updates, followed by ensuring their implementation.
* Monitoring the implementation relating to protection of company’s sensitive information, premises restricted areas, company’s and client’s properties, computer security, communication security, protection.
To formulate an effective security and safety strategies plan for the Bank which require surveying existing premises, analyzing needs and determining an appropriate course of action, followed by accurate monitoring and timely implementation of approved strategies to enhance and maintain the overall security and safety standards of the bank and/or as per required by SAMA.
Designs, establishes and maintains standard security& Safety policies and procedure for Al-Othaim Market, Co. including updates, followed by full implementation
To formulate an effective safety strategies and techniques for Al-Othaim Market Co.
Monitor the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure full protection to Al-Othaim Market with regards to all security & safety aspects.
Analyzing statistical information of the existing security and safety of the company, followed by recommendations, reports, and actions on whatever is appropriate to improve the security infrastructure of the company.
Managing 350 security guards (Male & Female) and planning a schedule to ensure that Al-Othaim Market is manned by security guards on 24/7 basis.
Check and Evaluate the existing security system devices/equipments and apply additional security measures as appropriate to further strengthen the security of the company and comply with the standard security regulations in the kingdom.
Develop and maintain effective relations with all authorities involved as necessary in security and safety matters, including guidance in when and how to report security/safety related issues to authorities.
Develop and maintain contingency plans for emergency situations to ensure that calamities/emergencies can be dealt with adequate solution in a timely manner.
Promote throughout the company the importance and relevance of security and safety in order to create awareness necessary for and optimal implementation of security and safety to determine compliance to standard security & safety regulations countrywide.
Motivate staff of the Security Department in such a way that they will perform their job in a most professional manner.
Supervision of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution;
Recommends, participates in the development of, and establishes bank’s policy and procedures; establishes and implements short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates Security Systems effectiveness; effects changes required for improvements.
To Design, establish, and maintain organization structure and staffing to meet safety goals and objetives and formulate an effective safety strategies and techniques for Kingdom Centre in order to monitor the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure full protection to Kingdom Centre with regards to all safety aspects.
Manage Security System & CCTV System Building System Management and involvement Security & Safety Management Department Budget Planning as well as advising & guiding employees to safety & security rules and regulations.
WORKED AS CHIEF OF CIVIL DEFENCE IN INAK CITY FOR (5) YEARS SUPERVISING A CIVIL DEFENCE CENTER OF 30 FIREMEN & HAVING 5 FIRE VEHICLES.
