- I efficiently leveraged my company by negotiating credit facility structure with respect to the amount, profit rate and hidden cost, tenor, securities, and covenant with the major reputable Banks in UAE.
- I developed a customized Access application using VBA and SQL to manage all the borrowing transactions to maintain a periodic up-to-date maturity analysis for the lines of credit are obtained by Newboy.
- I initiated a project with the inputs from CEO to explore & combine data and collectively make it into business intelligence.
- I successfully with the help of my team established an effective Activity Based Costing system to measure the profitability of Newboy’s customers in order to gauge what each customer contributes to our bottom line, and determine the margins of each Product and Division.
