Performing Local Operation during normal and emergency operation, Performing Safe Startup, Shutdown, and Emergency operation of Gas turbine, Steam Turbines, Desalination Plant, Waste heat recovery boiler, Auxiliary boiler & balance of plant equipment.
Issuing of PTW & Proper mechanical, Instrumental and electrical isolation of equipment during plant outage/maintenance and normalizing after the returning the PTW.
Conduct “Tool Box Talk” for the operators about special operation related activities.

• Performing Safe Startup, Shutdown, and Emergency operation of Boiler, Steam Turbines & balance of plant equipment.
• Ensuring day to day operational plant performances are met as per the guidelines.
• Identifying the key areas for improvement and recommend process modifications to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Tracking Steam & Water parameters periodically to ensure boiler water chemistry are met as per the standards.
• To Log all shift activities, operational parameters and to make day generation report
• Engaging in shutdown activities such as Equipment Tagging, Vacuum drop test, Flood test, and Hydro test, Air leak test, ensuring proper operating of equipment after maintenance, and Logics & protocols checking.
• Create Documentation for supporting standard operating and isolating procedure of various equipment.
• Ensuring safety and quality of all maintenance works.

Worked as Jr.Engineer in Project Department of Sunil Hitech.
2 x 500 MW NTPC Simhadri Expansion Project.
