Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning and Designing of IT infrastructure for both corporate and business applications.
Extensive experience in designing/creating IT infrastructure architecture from major infrastructure vendors like (Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, TrendMicro, Cisco, Microsoft) with focus on Security, Network, Systems and Storage.
Contributing to designing and developing new infrastructure and applications and improvement of existing ones.
Defining the companies’ IT strategy and aligning it with business requirement.
Insuring the IT infrastructure (Security, Storage, Networking, systems etc.) of the company is optimal and aligned with the business needs.
Managing RFI, RFQ, RFP and negotiating with vendors on hardware/software purchase,
support and maintenance contracts renewals.
Providing advice and consultancy to management including request for changes to existing operational strategy. Evaluates, recommends and plans for acquisition/upgrade/migration of all utility software and hardware.
Conducting Infrastructure capacity planning/review and studying the business IT requirement for future data-center hardware, software upgrade.
Designing, developing, reviewing and improving business continuity procedures, and planning/conducting Disaster Recovery drill/Test.
Reviewing, updating improving and making sure that technical/operational document are up to date.
Managing projects like (Mobility attendance software “iTime”, ISE, FortiToken, SafeGuard).

Responsibilities:
Managed Services for the STC IPTV Project.
E2E Troubleshooting for the NG-IPTV.
Daily operational tasks on UMS, Ticketing system, DHCP Server, I2000.
Coordination & Escalation to xNOC’s management for IPTV related Tickets and Issues.
Reporting (IPTV KPI, System Utilization, Analysis, Incident & Root Cause Analysis).
Troubleshooting & Maintenance of NE-80E routers (Main Stream Provider).
Working on IGMP and OSPF protocols.
