KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Performed extensive refinery turnaround & inspection (T&I) year 2020, duration 53 days, financial worth of 30 mm usd. Exposure to all phases of T&I; initial planning, review of previous T&I recommendations, lessons learnt, scheduling, budgeting, resource estimation, finalization of job scope/plans (in coordination with stakeholders), development of procurement specifications, technical evaluation of bids, identification of long-lead material, preparation of bidding documents, contractor hiring, execution, final closure.
• Completed refinery revamp project (capacity enhancement from 100, 000 bpsd to 120, 000 bpsd) year 2018~2020 having financial worth of 60 mm usd. Project activities encompassed; engineering design review, procurement, and construction, field installation, commissioning & testing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Coordinate, prioritize & implement of equipment maintenance strategies; define preventive maintenance programs, corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, inspection schedules and equipment reliability improvement initiatives. Oversee said programs to optimize maintenance by Identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to operations for troubleshooting & interpretation of problematic equipment.
• Review and monitor progress reports of maintenance tasks. Check for any variation between the target (quality/quantity) and actual performance (quality/quantity). Give recommendation to improve performance.
• Ensure that maintenance history/logs/records are maintained as per documented SOPs and work orders closed.
• Conduct a data driven analysis to benchmark performance (like maintenance spend analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, actual wrench time, planning and schedule effectiveness, staff competency, materials procurement, equipment classification) to identify gaps followed by plans for closing the gaps.
• Conduct weekly scheduling meetings with operations for finalization of next week routine maintenance jobs and establish priorities of maintenance work.
• Analyze system performance by assessing bad actors & find cost-effective & timely solutions for any upgrade.
• Calculate & report bad actor’s MTBF & MTTR. Minimize equipment downtime by maintenance plans.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review process piping isometrics & check for material availability as per BOQ, Fabrication & installation of process piping system (ASME B31.3), Develop system for pipe spools marking, tracking and testing, Direct erection of equipment along with associated steel structure, Coordinate welding & NDT testing (DPT, MT, UT, RT) of piping, equipment & steel structure, Review WPS/PQR & ensure welder’s qualification, planning of available resource utilization & optimization, Collaborate project progress reports.
