Job Profile:
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Day to day reporting to the General Manager, Leading sales team, monitoring sales targets on every month/quarter by conducting weekly sales meetings.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans, inside UAE & outside UAE (Qatar, KSA, Oman & Bahrain)
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning Sales Engineers; following up on work results.
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Product development and Obtaining Prequalification approvals from the Consultant for existing products & new product range.
Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Designation: Sales Engineer (Access Systems & Cranes) - UAE, QATAR, KSA, OMAN & BAHRAIN
Job Profile:
Generate enquiries, update and maintain sales register, coordinate with sales team, study and review & preparation drawings/ proposal sketches and specifications of the projects, pricing, coordination with design team, preparation of quotation, follow up and conclusion of orders.
Site visit and providing technically & commercially feasible solution to the clients/customers.
Market research and identifying potential customers, Develop new accounts and maintain good relation with the existing accounts in the region (Middle East)
Provide design, drawings and specifications to the consultants/architects.
Product development & obtaining consultant approvals.
Estimate client quotations after thorough study of drawings and submitting them.
Continuous follow up with the clients / consultants / contractors for the quotations sent to them for the Tenders, Design and Job in Hand projects.
Negotiating and closing sales by amicably agreeing terms and conditions.
Document sales activities and generate sales reports on weekly basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Analysis of Enquiries/Tender Documents
• Interact with appropriate resources to refine scope and concepts of Enquiries/Tender Documents
• Brand Management - Developing and executing marketing plan for various business segments, developing and implementing brand promotions, market analysis and perform market research
• Coordination with the Supplier for customised products & technical clarification
• Providing technical support for sales engineers in head office & branches throughout U.A.E.
• Prequalification of products/vendors with major clients, consultants and EPC contractors.
• Site Survey, Design, Costing and Preparation of Techno-Commercial offer.
• Selection of optimum systems & equipments as per project requirement.
• Preparation of technical submittals with accordance to project specification & offered equipments
• Techno-commercial discussion with clients & consultants
• Processing of Purchase Orders
• Expedition of material delivery
• Preparation of project scheduling and program of after sales support.
• Providing technical guidance for the supervision/installation team till the completion of project activity.
