• Responding promptly to customer enquiries in person or via telephone always in a professional & efficient manner.
• Managing administrative activities according to its requirement.
• Control all the activities through their reservation.
• Managing the financial transactions, like petty cash and payments paid agents.
• Preparing of financial report at the end of every month.
• Supervising the Accounts Department.
• Planning and monitoring of funds available with banks on daily basis. Coordination with banks for daily deposits, remittances, payments, transfers etc.
• Preparation of monthly accounts statement submission to management.
• Coordination with external Auditors for annual audit and finalization of annual accounts.
• Review monthly payroll.
• Monitoring Invoicing, Payment and Aging Reports;
• Coordinate with I.T. department for development of Software.
• Preparation and submission to CFO & CEO of Ware House reports and other different reports requirement.
• Supervising the Accounts Department.
• Production Reconciliation from Yarn to Finished Products
• Maintaining Sales tax Record and reconciling with Accounts on monthly basis (Monthly MIS Report).
• Coordination with external Auditors for annual audit and finalization of annual accounts.
• Review monthly payroll
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Income Tax Return & wealth (Individual, & AOP)
• Monitoring of funds available with banks on daily basis Supervise of Annual Audit.
• Preparation and submission to GM Finance & AGM Finance of different other reports as per requirement
