Optimized CMMS for customer assets and services allowing the customer to earn
and maintain the customer systems includes MDB, MCC, UPS, VFD, ATS, MOTOR,
CHILLERS, COOLING TOWERS, AHU, FAHU, CRAC unit, VRVunits and split
units and many other ventilation units.
Perform Offload & On load test of Generator with monitoring of parameter.
Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance and energy
conservation programs for MEP services according to corporate standards.
Analyzed historical data from system and equipment failures and implemented
corrective actions to improve total system.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, international standards, localregulations,
and other environmental considerations.
Establish training and development programs to enhance employee knowledge ofbest
practices regards emergency response and upkeep of Assets.
Daily, weekly & Monthly reports of O&M submitting to the Managements.
Ensure the PPM of MEP equipment follows the schedule.
Control and monitor the contractor's KPI and take the decision on the renewal of
AMC.
Allocate manpower and resources to maintain unit functionality to ensure a
smooth and cost-effective manner.
Attend meetings, inspection and monitoring the project progress report with
clients.

To formulate maintenance schedules, analysis system performance, propose suitable
solutions and organize quality inspections of Electrical Substation, CCTV, Fire
Alarm, BMS (Building Management System), LMS (Lighting Management System),
PA System & Car Park Systems.
To record any system failure, report to the manager and prepare incident report.To
coordinate with soft service team & landscaping team.
To verify monthly COC (certificate of completion) for preventive & Corrective
