Major responsibilities
- Prepare Bank wide New Business Sales reports on Daily & Monthly basis for Company’s Top Management.
- New Business reports include Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Credit Cards, Fixed Deposits, Investments and CASA.
- Prepare Performance Packs of Various Segments for the presentation in monthly Sales Governance Committee (SGC).
- Key person role to support CLM, Product, HR, Finance, Retail Cards Business (RCB), Call Centre and Sales in following areas
- Incentives and Performance reports preparation of Sales staffs at Channels, SME and Call Centre Operations for all products mentioned above
- Simulation of New Incentive structure Vs Old.
- Budgeting of monthly as well yearly Incentives/Rewards.
- Preparing Ad-hoc analysis report for Finance, Product, RCB and Sales Head.
- Update Group Finance on monthly incentives paid to sales staffs from all segments.

Monthly BAU.
1. Data collation/extraction from SAS, Cognos and Business for all products mentioned above.
2. Data Mining, Data Consolidation and Incentive files preparation for all teams.
3. Circulate individual targets to RBEs in the beginning of the month.
4. Circulate incentives summaries to all Sales Coordinators.
5. Calculate incentives for each team processors/coordinators as well.
6. Responding exceptional queries raised by coordinators.
7. Get confirmation from respective Sales Heads on Incentive files.
8. Circulate individual Performance Reports of RBEs, reporting ASM, SM, and Sales Heads upon receipt of Sales Head confirmation.
9. HR Pay-out checking to ensure no duplicate payments are happing in current month as well as matching with history record.
10. Share pay out file with Group HR after obtaining approvals from respective Heads (GM Retail Banking, Finance Head, and Channels Head).
11. Support Line Manager in Ad-hoc requests/reports requested from different segments.
12. Prepare monthly, Quarterly & Annual reward reports.
13. Prepare Sales Topper report from all teams and share the same with respective Coordinators.
14. Incentives structure is different for each segment (Call Centre, Direct Sales Force and SME) so the above listed steps apply for all of them but separately and Incentive Cycle is also separate for each segment.

Support Business Partners in preparing Sales Staffs’ appraisal.
Support Product Heads (For above listed products) for day today MIS and Analytical reports which helps them in making decision to Increase Product sale and as well as to take a call on Incentives revision (In term of Increase or Decrease).
