• Screening applicants, shortlisting and implementing selection processes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Design and review employment contracts.

• Apply human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards according to Saudi labor law standards.
• Responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly reports and timesheets.
• Guiding and solving problems of employees.
• Setting up the camp and assisting the crew Manager in each Camp move.
