Quallity Assurance (100%) -Liaise with department the development of standard - operating procedure (SOP) and work instruction (WI), and follow the implementation of quality assurance strategy and objectives. - Maintain quality management system (QMS) documentation and records under control and manages the necessary changes and updates under the supervision of quality manager. - Leads in joint with internal auditors the quality, ISO 9001, Hygiene, HACCP and Safety audits to ensure compliance to quality management system. - Report the audit and follows the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. - Handles customer complaint, nonconformance reports (NCR), and incident reports, liaises with department supervisors to define root cause and agree on necessary actions - Keeps and maintain the QMS related records and logs along with their related correspondences for the define retention periods and manages their disposal when they are obsolete. - Attend all quality management review meeting and reports the minuets and follow up actions. - Conducts quality system related awareness training sessions for staff according to the master training plan and measures the effectiveness of training via follow up audits. - Liaise with QC Supervisor to maintain high standard of housekeeping in quality department and to insure safe working practice and care for environment, through total compliance with the company quality, Health &safety, Environment and food safety policies. - To extend assistance to the quality manager in the company and department improvement and products development plans, by covering all QA requirement at preparation stages and prier implementation commencement. - Act as QA in charge when the Quality Manager is on leave or out of town. Production Supervisor: (100 % )
- To monitor the production lines & verify functioning of CCP on lines (Can, PET, NRB).
- To check & ensure all employees on lines (Can, PET, NRB) follow GMP & GHP practices.
- To ensure safe behavior and safe environment on lines (Can, PET, NRB).
- To tour lines (Can, PET, NRB) on daily basis & ensure compliance to quality standards.
- To ensure the lines (Can, PET, NRB) is producing good quality products (as per quality specifications).
- Conduct shift meeting with operating & technical staff.
- Tracking lines (Can, PET, NRB) results daily and developing action plans for issues leading to lower productivity.
- To ensure full compliance to preventive maintenance plan.
- To conduct monthly one to one session with line operators & technicians.
- Leading packaging development & cost reduction projects.
- To make production budget (Maintenance .material utilization, staff, overtime, capacity plan Efficiency).
- To carryout daily inventory & report any losses above the budget.
- Establishment of new preventive plan maintenance for all factory machines and equipment’s.
- Visiting suppliers in liaison with QA & conducting audit covering quality, safety and hygiene and machine maintenance.
- Assisting in review of quality Management system documentation, updating & developing checklist to improve line activities.
- Coordinating with external servicer to repair of worn out machine spare parts.
- Preparing monthly production summary & submitting it to Management for review.
