• Delivering Managed Services and SPOC to customer at regional level for all escalations and follow-up.
• Managing ISP network (SDH, DWDM, IP-MPLS, G-PON) / OSP network (FTTX, LDN, Junction, Access) of Fixed Transport & E&M of Fixed Access Network (VDSL, MSAN, RAN)
• Responsible to achieve all KPIs on time and within SLA i:e CMRs, PMRs, MDTs, PATs etc.
• Responsible to assure availability and to conduct regular audits on Consumables and Spare parts(Multi-Vendors).
• Responsible to Review and submit outage investigation reports, incident reports, network inventoryreports, utilization reports, Monthly performance reports, and other reports required by management.
• Special and Key Events Preparations/management (related to West Region i:e Ramadan, Hajj, Neom, Al-Ula, Royal Visits, International Summits etc.)
• Responsible for implementation & execution of EHS as well as quality assurance of the network.
• Responsible for Project & staff management functions and to conduct Regular audits of network interms of resources utilization, network inventory, tools, Team skills development etc.
• Managing and coordinating telecommunication activities concerned with Installation and implementation with Customer and field staff (FME’s).
• Managing the Forward and Reverse transportation.
• Managing the progress reports of all activities.
• Manage and supervise all the Cutovers and swaps, Preparation of daily activity Report.
• Manage documentation of department ensuring accuracy, update, ease of storage & redundancy.
• Operation, maintenance and quality control of Mobily’s Txm, OSP and FTTx (FTTH/FTTB) network.
• Managing and coordinating telecommunication activities concerned with Operations & Maintenance with Back Office and field staff (FME’s).
• Networks planning and optimization, system engineering, and maintenance of fiber optic transmission networks constituting long-haul & METRO networks, Junction & Access, Dark Fiber, as well as transmissions Systems of SDH, DWDM, OLT configuration.
• Managing the complete GPON network of Mobily in South Region KSA.
• Manage and supervise all the Cable cuts up to restoration, Preparation of daily outage Report.
• Manage documentation of department ensuring accuracy, update, ease of storage & redundancy.
• Preparation of investigation report for all critical cases escalated by management.
• Analyzing the FOC patrol data, Third party activity report, PMR sheets and FUPs.
• Revision of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to meet SLA.
• Preparation and revision of forms and procedures related to O&M activities.
• Management of tools and test gears inventory of maintenance units.
• Management of all sites with our customer (STC) & vendors.
• Operation & Maintenance of (MSAN, O.F.S, NGN, FTTH, MW, SRS, & Corporate Customer’s) sites.
• Maintaining all MIS reports of O&M and Project.
• Monitor & Carry out Preliminary Acceptance Tests (PAT).
• Preparation of BOQ for Cable Networks & other system related elements repairing.
• Monitoring of PMR & CMR progress to meet SLA’s/KPI’s through (Field Power) WFMS & (BMC Remedy User) RTTS online Soft ware’s.
• Use of circuit work orders (CWO) to determine the transmission path, & troubleshooting. Re-draw as built CWO's
• Optical Fiber Cable Planning, laying, Splicing of Optical cables Installation
• Testing / Commissioning of Optical Transmission Network.
• Warranty period troubleshooting.
• Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT).
