Providing three state-of-the-art Tier-3 Data Centre providing SaaS, IaaS and PaaS Service/Hosting offerings to Government, Finance, Retail and Energy Sector clients. Responsible for creating and successfully implementing internal ITS transformation - driving a 20% OPEX cost reduction fully realised within 12 months whilst improving overall service delivery KPIs and Customer Satisfaction metrics.

Lead and adapt the global IT talent pool for optimum performance. Set-up key external delivery partners/suppliers. I have been able to deliver a 20% annualised OPEX reduction and still improve service delivery, increase customer confidence and deliver new key programs with IT Team. Orchestrated the IT components for two major acquisitions and one JV.
