-Administering the environmental work in the Consumer Product Division (CPD) showroom.
-Administering and guiding the target, job and tasks description for the salesmen in the CPD.
-Organize the steps of the each salesman in order to achieve the monthly target.
-Solve and administer the obstructs that faces the salesmen through their work cycle and customer’s business communications.
-Build business communications with the customers to increase the sales profits and targets.
-Establish a good relationship with the staff to provide them a good environmental atmosphere.
-Permanent communications with our clients whether by call or sending greeting cards in events or during personal visiting as well as business meetings, so the company will be in professional image, hence stick the customers with our company.
-Specify the duration of the sales according to the financial situation of the company to increase the amount of sales as well as keeping the company stocks rising.
-Studying the market through surveys.
-Getting projects and put the proper plan to finalize it.
-Negotiate the customers to get the deals which required very strong negotiation skills.
