• Attend and chair client/consultant kick-off, progress, and quality meetings.
• Conduct and lead internal quality audits.
Oversaw and directed project quality operations to assure compliance with corporate standards.
• Re-established and streamlined project quality and management documentation; obtained consultant/client approvals for technical submittals, which resulted in early project delivery.
• Implemented project cost control procedures and monitoring.
• Participated in management meetings and represented EPC contractor in quality aspects decision making during client/engineer meetings.
• Managed project quality aspects related to “Balance of Plant”; prepared and reviewed project Plans, Procedures, Method statements, Inspection & Test Plans to ensure quality delivery on time.

• Managed and oversaw project quality and ensured compliance to codes, standards, regulations equipment specific specifications, and quality management requirements.
• Represent EPC contractor and guided all quality aspects during factory & site Inspection and testing.
