•Coordinating with outsource management for all HR documentation and procedures for outsource staff
•Evaluation of EOS benefits, compensation pay, appraisals, payroll management and employee confidential information
•Maintain healthy office well-being
•Responsible for maintaining office administration and adhering to complains.
•Maintain all staff records and update the same as and when required
•Facilitate training needs of new staff
•Maintain records and coordinate with the bank management regarding various expenses (visa expenses, health insurance, rewards and bonuses)
