I was one of the founding team members of this project and was directly reporting to the Managing Director. Atmantan Wellness Resort - Ranked No. 3 in Pune on Tripadvisor.

• Managed and delivered 30 million USD project, I was one of the founding team members worked closely with the Managing Director of the company, managing a team of 25 engineers, interior supervisors, admin, store and purchase team, located at site and HO.
• Taking care of planning & execution of end to end site works (Interior & MEP) along with procurement & tendering.
• Provided consultation and re-designed fitness zone spanning around 6, 000 sq feet.
• Successfully completed and handed over the luxurious project spreading across 35 acres on Sahyadri hills, facing Mulshi Lake to the GM and other departmental heads
