- Liaise with consultants & client. Oversee project communication, documentation & process implementation.
- Lead the technical & procurement team. Design interface, shop drawings, technical & material submittals.
- Manage subcontractors & suppliers. Site Visits to support Planning & Construction team in effectively resolving design engineering and related issues.

meetings to facilitate design & engineering resolves.

residential with minimum structural changes.

optimizing space to achieve 63 additional keys
Functional Role-
Led Design Audit & Control function. A part of Business Planning worked closely with the design development team. Ensured every project was reviewed, improvised & the best-optimized layout achieved before proposals processed for either RFAs or planning applications.
- Design interface for project control, Budget & MIS team & technical support to Project teams.
- Engaged in feasibility studies on all new projects, providing technical insight, high-level budgeting, design concept to ascertain business needs.
- Design review, at all design gateways viz. concept through preliminary, developed & detailed for, ensuring strict compliance to efficiency benchmark.
- Closely monitored design changes analyzed risk, & suggested mitigation. Reviewed product mix change, evaluated its impact on the overall design/ project cost & provide feedback to management.
