• Involved in design of modular structures.
• Involved in preparation of preliminary stowage plans (roll pitch braces/grillage beam arrangement) for different modules.
• Involved in preparation of preliminary arrangement of SPMT (nos/locations) based on balanced load method.
• Involved in preparation of standard spreadsheets for barge motion accelerations, barge deflections, load combination files for pre-service analysis etc.
• Involved in Road, Sea transportation analysis & Set down Analysis of modular buildings.
• Involved in Blast analysis of Buildings.
• Preparation of Concept note & conceptual drawings for design of Modular Buildings.
• Responsible for Review and checking of design calculations and drawings and MTO from Sub Contractors, Vendors, to ensure technical correctness and conformance to project requirements.
• Interaction and Meetings with Client / PMC, Other disciplines, Sub Contractors, Vendors and Other Third Parties.
• Coordinate with project team including all disciplines to resolve problems and to ensure mutual awareness of requirements and sharing of information.
• Prepare an estimate of required man hours along with supporting documentation for civil/structural activities and or any change orders.
• Monitoring of overtime and budgeted man hours.
• Prepare Technical Deliverable Register For the Project.
• Perform and or coordinate all technical reviews of Contractor submitted civil/structural deliverables.
• Review, provide inputs/comments on other discipline drawings and documents;
• Active participation in the various design reviews, workshops (3 D modeling, etc) and optimization studies.
• Active participation in Constructability Reviews, Value Engineering.
• Provide clarifications, technical inputs for the Contractor queries & requests.
• Ensure the application of correct standards in the design and development of Project deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication and co-ordination with other peers, all disciplines, and project management team.

The Project consists of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of central processing facility (CPF) in the Berkine Basin of Algeria.
• Worked as area lead for Pipe racks and Pipe support group.
• Involved in analysis and design of Pipe racks, Cooler racks, Process racks, Tech structures, Shelters.
• Preparation of concept notes, design basis, Inquiry & Purchase requisition.
• Involved in Technical Bid evaluation for finalization vendors.
• Visited site to resolve site issues and to get the feedback from construction as a lesson learnt to next project.

The Karachaganak Fourth Stabilisation & Sweetening Train Project scope includes physical tie-ins and expansion to the existing KPC facilities, with the Train and supporting facilities sized to process 2.33 -2.56 MTPA of saleable condensate product.
