Successfully devised the Manpower deployment schedule for the
complete integrated team involved in the project (300 PMC Staff) and
costing for multiple PMC/Cost consultants and client which include
Samsung. During the assignment worked closely with the Senior
Management (VP’s & Director’s) of all these organizations.
• Played pivotal role from initial setup of our PM team constitutes top
notch professionals from all across the globe covering all the six
continents with more 35 Nationalities in our team. Being the first PMC
Project or Samsung C&T was instrumental to establish process, policies &
procedure for the Administration team.
• Successfully managed the entire spectrum of Human Resources from
Recruitment to Separation including Visa, Insurance & Payroll
processing value of AED75M/Annum.
