Managing Housing and Hospitality department in 1of the renowned University sri sri University of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar and the fouunder of Art of living. This university is of 200acres area having all management courses, having more than 2000 students, 20guest houses, 6 hostels, 4 academic buildings.my role is to manage total housekeeping department and hospitality department. Managing over 80 staffs
I was responsible for 2districts under state government aahar program. Daily 6000meals production and distribution to the separate counters, also to maintain office with 60staffs. Government liasioning, maintenance of office, stock reports etc
I used to take 3classes for 3 different batch with capacity of 40 students each section, used to teach about hospitality sector in different departments like front office, f&b and housekeeping both theory and practical. After completing the course I used to give them placement in different hotels and restaurants.
I used to handle entire hotel with capacity of 30rooms, 1multicuisine restaurant, bar, banquet hall, party lawn. My staff capacity was 30nos.Entire sales, promotion, all legal issues I used to handle
