Planning:
* Prepare the Resource & Cost loaded Baseline Program, based on Project’s Scope of work, BOQ, IFC Drawings & Contractual Milestones.
Monitoring & Controlling:
* Update the Baseline Schedule on Weekly basis and Analyze the Project Progress.
* Highlight if any Slippage in Project Completion Date to Project Manager and give the list of Critical Activities driving the Project End Date.
* Discuss the Critical issues of the Site with Project Manager & with Site Operation Team during the Weekly Progress Meetings.
* Prepare Look Ahead Schedules, S Curves, and KPIs for Engineering and Construction Activities.
* Review the Actual Progress against the Plan & if require Change Sequence of work & maintain the Change log to match the actual site progress.
* Maintain the Logs for Delay Events, Engineer’s Instruction & Variation Order to Track the Delay Events & to Prepare the EOT Claims.
* Prepare Progress Tracking sheet for Major Trades of the Project.
* Prepare and Send Delay Notification Letter to Sub-Contractors & Client.
* Measure the Productivities and Prepare reports to forecast the completion date of the Project based on the Productivity rate on site.
* Site walk with Client’s representative and Inform him about the Progress on Site.
