Monitoring all site constructions & overall inspection for Iconic station (Transfer; Deep Underground 3E2 & 3E1 Station) Tunnel & Ramp
Evaluating Method Statement for all civil work activities and supervising construction activities for quality control as per the project specification
Supervising the Trial Pit Excavation for existing utilities in Station area
Supervision of Drilling & Grouting activities around the station box to eliminate ground water into station area during construction and after construction
Performing inspection as Per RFI’s Protocols :
Excavation of main station box as per method statement, bracing installation stage wise to provide the supports for traffic deck during excavation reaches different level down side, Inspection of reinforcement, formwork & concreting, waterproofing agents, earthing, all reinforcement inspection and formwork & concrete inspection of columns, walls & slabs at different elevation
Supervision of civil works, checking quantities, quality control of materials, preparing progress reports.
To ensure maintenance to correct formwork profiles, during and on after the concrete work
Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings & specifications, local codes, statutory requirements and international best practice
Reporting the works performed by contractor not in accordance with approved drawing & specifications and reporting the same to stakeholders for the appropriate action
Monitoring quality of works and assessing the safety at site which include health & environmental issues and ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety & health risk assessments
Maintaining records for daily activities on site which include progress photos and ensuring they are readily available for inspection as & when required
Preparing surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non-conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events
Providing technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise
Ensuring the timely completion of work as per the approved QA/QC plans of project as per specification
Reviewing technical submittals i.e.Method Statements, ITP’s, Technical Drawing, Contractor’s NCR’s Dispositions, etc. for comments and approval base on approved contract
Assisting in reviewing contractor daily and weekly inspection reports under the instruction of the RE
