Design and implement VMware View 6 for multi-site and multi-user with graphic-intensive applications like IHS Kingdom-Evaluate potential oil and gas reservoirs,
and plan field development with Grid k2 cards.
Conduct design workshops to understand customer's need and align it with
vMware product suits to formulate & deliver world class solutions

Compose design blue-print & design for the Projects
Docs as per customer's specifications and vMware best practices for VDI suit
• Desktop installation, User training, computer troubleshooting and
Continuous monitoring and maintaining system performance.
• Ensures adherence to desktop configurations with Group IT Security standards. These are done in close coordination with the MGTI
• Responds to incidents within SLA or within a timely manner with appropriate level of urgency, and follows up with customers on all issues
• Contributes to the improvement and enhancement of processes and procedures
• Ensures the integrity of systems and execution of backup procedures
• Provides technical support to 100 + end users
• Ensure all IT equipments are clearly and correctly labeled and managed
• Maintains all systems related work aid/manuals and guides
• Responsible for Back up tape management, inventory maintenance, vendors and keys management
• Responsible for problem management by logging all faults and escalating problems to the correct support agency in a timely manner without affecting business
• Assists in the setup and operation of audio visual hardware as required by end user
• Determines appropriate hardware and software based on corporate policy and end user requirements
