Job Responsibilities & Key Skills
Taking work permits and following safe work practices.
Reviewing IFC documents.
Instructing Sub-contractors on job priorities.
Clarifying sub-contractor’s ERFI.
Carry out Cable trench works, Cable tray works, Transition JB installation, Earthing system installation, Cable laying, MCT installation, Glanding & Termination, Console installation.
Identification & Isolation of existing cables.
Cutting, Glanding and Termination of existing cables.
Preparing as built documents.
Carry out Loop test and troubleshooting.
Provide support for Function Test (Logic Check).
Coordinate between client and vendor
Job Profile :
At KNPC, Mina Abdullah. - Installation of Generator Excitation Panels.
At Shuaibha South Power Station. - Installation and Commissioning of SKF Online Vibration Monitoring System, Winding temperature monitoring system, Gas leakage monitoring system.
At Shuaibha North Power & Distillation Station(Kharafi JV) - MV & LV Motor overhauling.
At Doha East Power Station - Installation and Commissioning of Cathodic Protection system.
Job Responsibilities & Key Skills
Preparing Work Schedule.
Taking work permits.
Inspecting Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity.
Preparing Cable Schedule and Cable termination details.
Carry-out Loop Test and Pre-Commissioning activities.
Coordinates with all trades of people efficiently in order to complete projects on short period.
Observing and promoting safe working practices.
Maintaining a healthy client relationship at all times.
Project status reporting to the Projects manager.
Commissioning the Project with client satisfaction.
Providing training to the Client operation & maintenance team.
Preparing and Submitting as-built drawings and documents of the project (Project Documentation).
