Key Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of assigned projects identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project. Ensure that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
• Develop implementation plans for dealing with complex requests for change or for the introduction of new functionality or services, evaluating risks inherent in proposed implementations and review the effectiveness of change implementation.
• Evaluate user needs and systems’ functionalities to ensure that business functions’ requirements are addressed efficiently
• Plan, assign, supervise and review the work of software engineers engaged in the design, development, implementation, modification, testing of new developments
• Assess system performance and efficiency relating to both current performance and future workload requirements.
• Create and maintain project plans with milestones supporting assigned projects
• Communicate effectively acting as a key liaison with end users, vendors and other parties.
• Manage Software Change Management Plans supporting the project plans
• Plan, schedule and perform the implementation of new or updated versions of software systems to assure smooth transition
• Support less experienced systems programmers in the definition and solution of especially difficult problems.
• Conduct formal and informal training of junior personnel

• Create and maintain database designs in popular RDBMS such as Oracle and MS SQL Server.

a) Project Name: Credit Management System (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to evaluate requirements, produce specification, designing, development of in-house application as per user needs.

Tools & Technologies Used:
• Asp.Net using C#, SQL Server 2005 DBMS, Crystal Reports 10.

b) Project Name: BankEssential (Core Banking Application - deposit / liability module).

Key Responsibilities:
• Managed and coordinated with all stakeholders (end users & vendor) for all phases of project development lifecycle (i.e. requirement gathering, analysis, development, user acceptance testing and deployment) in line with organizational policies/procedures.
• Managed and coordinated with end users & vendor for development of data migration utilities that were used for migration of data from old general ledger application to new banking application BankEssential.
• Successfully migrated data of 40 branches from old general ledger application to new banking application BankEssential.
• Rollout of this application across all 108 KBL branches.
• Managed release deployment of this application on live servers in line with organizational policies/procedures.

Tools & Technologies Used:
• Asp.Net using C#, SQL Server 2008 R2 DBMS, Crystal Reports 11.

c) Project Name: Oracle R12 Human Resource Management System ERP.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managed and coordinated with all stakeholders (end users & vendor) for all phases of project development lifecycle (i.e. requirement gathering, analysis, development, user acceptance testing and deployment) in line with organizational policies/procedures.
• Developed reports in Apps Schema of Oracle R12 ERP.
• Worked as APPS DBA for this product.
• Implemented Personalization of Self Service, Internal & External Recruitment modules of this product.
• Implemented alerts & configured automatic emails configuration for self service modules.

Tools & Technologies Used:
• Oracle enterprise Linux operating system & oracle 10G DBMS is used for this ERP.
