➢ Reads, interprets, and executes drawings, schematics, blueprints and electrical code specification to see layout of commercial electrical equipment installation.
➢ Tests electrical equipments and parts for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
➢ Install, replace AC motors and drives, starters, relays, contactors, circuit breakers.
➢ Installs, repair or replaces electrical wiring, switch boxes, conduits, trunking, lightings and alternative electrical parts.
➢ Conducts preventive and maintenance programs, and also keep maintenance records.
➢ Installation, maintenance of industrial equipment and connected devices such as sensors, safety interlocks on machine guards.
➢ Correct connections and wiring on equipment controls whenever incorrect application may cause harm and dangerous conditions.
➢ Works on electrical failures and replace components whenever production time is often affected.
➢ Use of industry related hand tools and power tools under supervision.
➢ Assist electrical technician with measuring, cutting, bending, threading and installing wire and electrical cable system.
➢ Log out tag out (LOTO) operations.
➢ Complies with standards and procedures of industry, safety manual, and abide by safety rules.
➢ Carry out troubleshooting and repairs on the line, improving performance of processing equipment’s such as sensors, valves.
➢ Operation of krones Filler, Blow Moulder and Variopac machine, Hot fill line.
➢ Alignment and zero positioning of bottling line equipment
➢ Carried out maintenance on Filler /Blow mouder (preventive, corrective and predictive)
➢ Replace of bad heating element
Advance Electrical Principle, Plant and Equipment
