• Managing the team of engineers, Draughtsmans, technicians and supervisors within the technical department as & manager of the organization.
• Monitoring the site works, providing resolutions on site for any constructability issues, in line with the project
specifications and standards.
• Conducting weekly meetings with the site team, to ensure and clear off any issues hindering the construction
progress.
• Preparation of BOQ in accordance to the IFC drawings and project specification.
• Preparation and Submission of MR, MTA, and TBEs to ARAMCO/Design Consultant for Approval.
• Review and prior approval of MR, MTA, and TBEs prior to submission to SAUDI ARAMCO.
• Preparation and Submission of NMR 601-602 & 603 ARAMCO/ Design Consultant for Approval.
• Attending the weekly technical meetings with ARAMCO/ Design Consultant to resolve the existing design,
constructability & interface issues.
• Conducting internal weekly meetings with the team and assigning the tasks to complete in accordance to the
construction & project baseline schedules.
• Raising Technical Queries (TQS) to ARAMCO/ Designer with solutions against conflicts & discrepancies in the
project specifications and scope of work including claims via Change-Orders for the additional scope.
• Conducting site visits with the team & constructions teams along with the client representatives for the
resolution of design, constructability & interface issues.

• Leading the technical team and playing an active role in preparation of shop drawings, co-ordination with the
consultant and client representatives, coordination with other departments.
• Preparing & overviewing technical documents like Material submittals, method of statements, material
inspections, working drawings.
• Preparation of BOQ in accordance with the IFC drawings and project specification.
• Administering management of contractual disputes, correspondences, claims, counterclaims, statutory
compliances for different projects under execution.
• Implementing the scrutiny of the tender documents, technical specifications contractual specifications, technical
& commercial comparative statement.
• Scrutinizing the project documents to identify design conflicts and prepare potential change orders.
• Daily site monitoring and progress-track of site activities and documentation with master list.

• As a Design Architect, have been a design team member and played a very crucial role as a designer in design
development of the above-mentioned projects, especially in the zoning, designing and orientation of the building
blocks.
• Knowing the requirements of the client and molding the design best to the client satisfaction.
• Taking care of designing practical designs which can be implemented with ease.
• Making site visits to get firsthand site conditions during design development phase.
• Developing 3D views for the Exterior & Interior works.
• Assisting design team in development of detailed design drawings after approval of conceptual design.
