ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the Procuring, Technical Reviews of Drawing, Submittals & maintaining all kind of mechanical activities at site as per contract specification and authority guidelines.
• Attend Regular meetings with Sub-Contractors, Client & Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions
• Procuring of equipments & materials complying to project specifications in timely manner within approved budget cost
• Detailed reviewing of Technical Submittals from Suppliers prior submitting to consultant
• Ensure timely delivery of equipments & materials to support site installation works as per approved work program.
• Ensure that all site works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, method of statement and authority regulations
• To Supervise foreman and workers for timely completion of Ducting, Chilled Water and Plumbing Works.
• Prepare Work Inspection Request and Material Inspection Requests for consultant approval
• Calculation of Duct size, Pipe size and selection of Air Outlets
• Review the shop drawings prior submission to consultant
• Detailed review and preparation of discrepencies between Project specifications, BOQ and contract drawings for submitting RFI
• Coordination with Architects, Civil and MEP Specialists like Firefighting, LPG & BMS.
• Prepare Cooling Load Calculations (HAP) and Pump Head Calculations as per consultant/client request
• Ensure that all Quality Assurance and HSE aspects are adhered and all approved procedures are followed
• Review of As Built Drawings and O&M Manuals to ensure correctness, completeness and that they are in-line with specifications
