Business Operations
•Support the planning and execution of underlying business logistics, Oversee the daily operations to ensure goals are achieved.
•Is accountable for monitoring and reporting financial performance against budgetary information as well as performing cost benefit analysis on the different Nilepreneurs internal programs.
•Responsible for helping development and execution of new guidelines or strategies, as well as business measures for projects under the center’s umbrella.
•Challenge the status quo, starting internal initiatives to improve and increase programs processes and efficiencies
•Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes and enhanced management reporting
•Perform a meaningful role in long-term planning and establishment initiatives aimed at operational distinction
•Administrative support to strategy implementation, this includes project management and issues prioritization...etc.
•Manage the logistics of the project, including developing inventories and budgets, purchasing and offices locations.
•Manages the inter-unit communication and coordinates the overall effort to achieve the Nilepreneurs strategic goals
•Help in hiring and training the new hires to help in preparing units’ initiatives.
•Create periodic meetings with unit heads to follow up progress and resolve any bottlenecks
•Build and maintain a dashboard showing the various KPIs with trend and variance information to monitor the different units’ progress and spending.
•Submit periodic progress reports to IECC Director
•Assist in the design of the different Programs and units’ workflows and procedures
•Prioritize operational issues and work on resolving them in an efficient manner
