• Served as the primary coordinator for a company-wide system integration project connecting IDEX with
four major telecom operators: Mobily, STC, Zain, and Virgin Mobile
• Acted as the central point of contact between telecom partners, direct enterprise clients (B2B), and the
internal technical team — ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution across all parties.
• Managed and grew a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, overseeing onboarding, relationship
management, and service delivery for clients across multiple industries.
• Created and maintained Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to translate client needs into
actionable technical specifications.
• Conducted market analysis and risk assessments to support product development and strategic
decision-making.
• Designed and delivered service presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Coordinated and executed field operations across Riyadh, overseeing all Saher cabinet preventive and
corrective maintenance.
• Collaborated with Mobily and Tahakom joint teams for site visits, technical issue resolution, and project
delivery.
• Trained new employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
