A newly emerged fast growing publicly held company aims to dominate foreign exchange market in Egypt through rapid geographical expansion and enforcement of Central Bank of Egypt’s policies. Managing Human Resources Functions i.e. (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee and Labor Relations, Learning and development). Report to Company’s CEO.
• Planning Company’s Salary Structure and participating in formulating remuneration and benefits strategy and grading system.
• Formulating Human Resources Policies, procedures, and work rules.

• Planning Company is Headcount and managing recruitment activities.
A USAID funded project and co-implemented by UN Women and Care International in Egypt.
Project: Promoting safe and secure workplaces for women in the agribusiness sector - (AMAAN).
Consultancy: Assessment & Implementation of workable Human Resources system. The project targets eight small-to medium sized agribusiness firms.
Successful Delivery of:
1. Phase 1: Gap Analysis Report including Salary/Wage Survey.
2. Phase 2: Comprehensive Gender-Sensitive HR Manual and Job descriptions.
3. Phase 3: Delivery of Classroom training and mentoring to participated firms.
• Manage and update company's salary structure. Ensured competitiveness of company's rewards policy through benchmarking. Fixed salary compression issues and updated performance related rewards. Design and communicate various staff incentives schemes.
• Managed and planned company's benefits programs, including, medical care plans, transportations, and accommodation, etc.
• Initiated and managed performance-based-pay program as well as monthly performance appraisal processing. Facilitated collection and dissemination of administrative information. Helped decrease bias and favoritism, increased perceived equality, and maintained equal distribution.
• Developed and maintained various HR policies, procedures, Organization structures, and Job Description.
• Managed daily HR operation activities in six batching plants.
• Developed Company’s Manpower plan.
• Developing periodical HR metrics reports of different insights e.g. variable pay analysis and forecasting, turnover analysis, and absence and leaves analysis.

•Project: Developed and processed monthly turnover analysis from scratch through utilization of data gathered from exit interviews. Facilitated acquisition, analysis, and dissemination of competitive market salaries and trends. Presented outcomes of monthly report in front of HR Department members.
•Project: Collection and preparation of medical care program information. Joined negotiations of vendor’s proposal.
•Prepared training proposals for beneficiary companies.
•Assisted training consultant in developing and updating trainee/Trainer manual, instructional material, training plan and schedules.
•Facilitated consultation and training services through Industrial Modernization Center (IMC) and Industrial Training Council (ITC).
•Executed training programs including, classroom reservation and securing training supplies. Monitored training activities and program effectiveness through surveying and observation.
•Project: Successfully Coordinated 7 training programs in 7 different governorates; Upper Egypt and delta governorates (2 batches - 3 Programs simultaneously - 5 course/program).
