• Liaison, negotiate and manage the contracts and agreements with off
taker, Raw Materiel supplier, others related supplier.
• Developing strategies for the development and implementation of policies,
• Assigning, co-coordinating and reviewing of the Operations and
other special project teams.
• Responsible for preparing the strategic planning about the operational
requirements and to set the KPI, CKPI and revenue budget for the
business.
• To make sure that safe working conditions are prevailing during the operations and maintenance of the plant.
Plant Operations
• Providing guidance to resolve complicated and critical technical operational and maintenance issues.
• Providing planning and Co-ordination among the operations and
maintenance teams regarding the routine, preventive and predictive
maintenance requirements.
• Monitoring the progress and quality of work orders through the Department heads.
Safe and efficient delivery of high levels of commercial availability within environment limits.
• Ensuring that efficiency and availability targets are effectively
communicated and achieved.
• Effective liaison with customer and system operator over plant
operational issues.
• Making strong decisions, or assist others to make decisions, to resolve plant
operational problems with immediate, medium and long term
consequences.
• Lead and motivate the shift team leaders to develop commercial driven
teams setting appropriate people and plant related performance measures.
• Deliver outcomes, in all areas of work, consistent with the Quality,
Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Ensure Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and
procedures are implemented and carried out.
• Participate in internal / external Health, Safety and Environmental audits and monitor relevant findings.
• Ensure all procedures, documentation, drawings and manuals are kept up to date and necessary training is completed in a timely manner.
• Ensuring suitable training programs in place, both for individual
development and operational competence, and developing appropriate succession plans for key staff.
• Preparing a budget for operations and provide regular reports of
expenditure, explaining variances, potential risks and/or problems and recommending solutions.
• Delivering planned generation and availability targets within budget.

downs, Risk Assessment, BBS within the defined boundaries to guarantee

products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

The company has 6 batching plants from Kice, Elkon Turkey, O.Choghi Korea & putzmesiter Germany having capacity of 120 m³/hr & 60 m3/hr for each plant. Delivery supported by 40 transit mixers and 10 concrete pumps, 3 stationery pumps with 3 placing booms a total pouring of 25, 000 m³ per month with 24 hours shift @ their own projects Madinah, Sharourah(um malha) and Gizan.
Production & Sales Manager (Operation) - Responsible for the over-all performance of the operation and sales. Responsible in supervising the proper coordination with the customers for daily concrete supply schedule. Responsible in carrying out proactive and preventive measures and corrective actions to assure continuous product improvement. Follow-up general matters as and when requested by the Managing Director.
Responsible in monitoring the activities of all the batching plants in coordination with maintenance department to prevent and avoid breakdowns in order to achieve the daily production target.
Great of hands-on experience in the field of Ready Mix Concrete in all the fields of operations including production, planning and installation of placing boom, static lines for high rise buildings/towers.
Assisting entire operations of the plant &machinery.
Responsible to deliver the right quality (in consultation with the technical people) and quantity to customer on time and maintain the good relationship with them.
Responsible to prepare and give the daily production plan to the production supervisor a day in advance.
