• The overall site responsibility for the implementation of this method statement
• I will be reporting to the project manager for project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities, in a timely manner.
• I shall coordinate with civil supervisors, civil FM, QC inspector, surveyor, and subcontractor site representatives to ensure that the necessary resources are provided to implement the works in an acceptable manner as per the approved documents, IFC drawings, MS, check lists, and ITPs, and also to ensure all construction staff comply with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System requirements.
• Ensures that the works are carried out according to the planned program and that all the equipment required for executing the works is available as per the project planning and is in good
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the to plan, develop, and organize the construction effort to formulate the most effective plan for timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan
• Responsible for the implementation of the scope of work as related to construction activities in conformance with project specifications and in accordance with the approved project schedule.
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings etc.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule for all the team members.
• All potential hazards and necessary precautionary control measures shall be discussed with the involved workers during toolbox talks to ensure that PTW conditions and measures are implemented.
• Carry out the activities as per the approved drawing, method statement, documents, etc.
• Necessary permits Certificates are obtained and are available at the site prior to work execution.
• Monitor all the site's work and follow HSE.

• To collect the drawings, materials and labor requirement to submit to the Consultant
• To all report and documents submit to Dubai Building Permit System
• To execute the work according to the drawings
• To execute the work according to the observed site conditions earlier.
• To submit reports and BOQ and bar bending schedule to the Operation Manager.
• To discuss any issues and corrections at the site with the Consultant.
• Control team to arrange the periodic inspection for the civil and structural works.
