Services network has completed. Buildings are handed over to Admin for interior works.

• Completed construction of the Basement + Ground + 1st floor of (each 24000 Square feet) MSC and regional office building in Lahore.
• Worked Out all specification and Drawings of building to be constructed.
• Work execution as per consultant & site requirements.
• Maintaining record for the quantities of work done and remaining works. Maintaining daily work progress sheet & daily reports to management. Keep a keen eye on overall project cost, keeping variance as minimum as possible.
• Responsible for conducting concrete, steel and soil tests at different stages of project.
•Planning and Construction of all ADM, BTS and HUB sites in Central region.

•Site Acquisition and TSS with planning, finalizing rent with site owner.

•Regular visits to sites in different areas providing help to site engineers to making sure that the sites are built according to specification.
•For RFI the technicians are sent to supervise the installation of AC and Genset.
•After the site is On Air a Pre acceptance test of sites is done in presence of contractor. Outstanding items list is given to them make ready for PAT (Provisional Acceptance Test) with customer.
•After Pre PAT of all sites, a schedule for PAT is made and make sure that sites are ready before the planned dates by managing preparation teams.
•PAT of sites with customer ensuring minimum or if possible zero snags.
•Taking a copy of outstanding items list, if any, from customer and distribute to contractors and preparation teams.
•Making sure that all snags are removed within agreed time limit with customer.
•After removing snags final acceptance of site from customer.
•Maintaining all quality records in proper manner so can be used when necessary.
•Site visits with Site Acquisition and Planning Dept. to make feasibilities of new acquired sites.
•Making layout and location plans for new acquired site.
•Providing contractor all drawings and soil investigation reports.
•Making layouts of sites and supervising of excavation for tower.
•Supervision of steel fixing and pouring of concrete of raft or isolated footing.
•Supervision of back filling, layout and execution of shelter and genset pad.
•Supervision of earthing of site, ensuring every metal part can be earth and safety of equipment is priority.
•Supervision of shelter assembly, making sure that each part is assembled and fastened properly and especially roof is sealed properly so there is no leakage.
•Ensuring the site to be RFI with in time frame planned.
