Forming HR Strategies in line with the Vision of any organization, contributing to the Corporate Scorecard with People specific KPI’s focusing on Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention.
• People Resourcing & Talent Management, by coordinating and overseeing the full employment cycle in the organization from Selection, Onboarding, Induction, Salary Administration, Payroll and Repatriation.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration, oversee payroll executions, cost allocations, posting, administration of pay and in line with established HR Standards.
• Health & Wellness, Oversee and manage Health and Wellbeing initiatives of the organization and cascade the same to the employees and their dependents; Health Awareness, Medical Insurance, Group Life and Personal Accident Insurance.
• Overseeing HR Systems & Process automations and enhancements from Business Requirements to full implementation. Systems used Microsoft SharePoint, SAP, and Emc2 Documentum.
• Develop and Introduce HR Policies, Standards, Processes and Procedures as required by the Executive Management and Government Laws.
• Support Executive Management with Executive HR Reports as required for Audit, Board Resolutions, Annual Budget forecasts and Corporate Scorecard.
• Employee Relations & Grievances, Address Employee / Employer issues and complaints, resolve concerns considering all stakeholders interests with the guidance and support of the Executive Management.
• Organize HR Events such as Town Hall meetings, Long Service awards, Executive Employee orientations, Medical camps, and HR Standards & Policy Orientations.
• Participate and Coordinate Employee Engagement initiatives executed by Management, collect valuable employee input, analyze data and bring changes to the overall culture, standards, policies and practices of the organization.
• Manage and Oversee HR Projects related to Manpower Optimization, Cost and Budget Optimization, Business Continuity Management, Continuous Improvement (Systems and Processes) and Crisis Management.
• Integrated Management Systems & HR Document Management Systems; Ensure that all personnel information is collected, updated, secured and stored in the right place according to Labor & Government Laws and Company Record Management Policies.
