▪ 3+ years of experience in managing RPA/UiPath infrastructure and environment.
▪ Strong knowledge of UiPath components, end-end platform, and its architecture.
▪ Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing to accomplish the

▪ Excellent people skills to effectively manage relations with IT.
▪ Strong virtualization experience using Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop.
▪ Good knowledge of security as it relates to cloud-based infrastructure.

▪ Maintain several bots on daily basis and ensure quality and high performance.
▪ Understand process changes and update robots accordingly
▪ Monitor and forecast robot processing, server, and network capacity
▪ Platform management including user permissions, queue management, and server settings.
▪ Administer licenses as needed and troubleshoot account issues.
▪ Good experience of using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Bots.
▪ Raises process automation issues (approve / reject process changes requests to the related
party).
▪ Test, deploy and maintain RPA bots interacting with multiple apps.
▪ Support existing processes and implements change requirements as part of a structured change
control process, resolving key issues that cannot be resolved by more junior team members
▪ Quickly assessing the feasibility and providing consultation on automation strategy
▪ Work with the Process Experts to further fine tune the processes using UIPath tools
▪ Willingness to go on regular business trips
▪ Ability to work in an international multicultural team, social skills and assertiveness
▪ Test and configures automation processes as per the solution design document (SDD) to meet
the defined requirements.
▪ Configure/Testing in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and hardened automation
▪ Perform testing of the solution in accordance with standardized test practices
▪ Support teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phases
▪ Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues
to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
▪ Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating
procedures
