● Conduct site supervision of on-going project activities.
● Review and approve shop drawings, material submittal and as-built drawings.
● Check and implement safety and fire protection measures and environmental control and general cleaning of project sites in compliance with client standards.
● Inspect materials upon arrival according to approved samples and submittals and ensure safe storage.

•Responsible for high quality engineering outputs, also maintain integrity of engineering documentation by ensuring that all relevant company standards are followed.
•Plan, organize, lead and control all the electrical & electronics activities which include the provision of proactive inspection, materials and reliability engineering services.
•Verify and manage the contractors and vendor progress through project execution.
•Direct and co-ordinate units/ systems operations and personnel, manpower requirements, repair work, service department activities necessary to meet operation requirements at minimum cost consistent with safe operations, and maximum profitability.
•Determine and select appropriate strategies for the maintenance of Electrical equipment to ensure design availability and integrity is maintained at optimum cost.
•Liaise with mechanical and civil engineering departments and owner departments to ensure effective.
•Initiate, lead or participate in failure investigations in accordance with the company investigation procedures.
•Provide leadership in the completion of activities related to electrical aspects of MEC projects.
•Support facility maintenance group in optimization of Electrical & Electronics equipment preventative maintenance program.
•Lead the electrical operation and maintenance section team to implement the defined strategies and procedures in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner.
•Study drawings and specifications issued to the projects and report senior managers any ambiguities, interferences or errors found on the drawings, specifications and assigned work.
•Check progress and give guidance to support engineers, designers and field supervisors to ensure that all projects assigned are completed on time and within budget.
•Manage, plan and schedule various project aspects.
● As a PMO member responsible for all projects within the company in the context of multi-project management engineer and the owner representative. ● Assist in Planning and design of electric power infrastructure, distribution lines, transmission lines and substations. ● Review and monitor the progress of the project. ● Provide necessary technical advice and support on electrical design requirements of existing and new projects. ● Participate in choosing optimal Electromechanical and low current systems to be installed by preparing analytical and comparison reports. ● Involve in evaluating of tenders and selection of preferred bidder.

● Monitor, measure and record Contractor’s progress on electrical and electromechanical work and provide feedback to the PM allowing him to assess the actual construction progress against the approved construction schedule.

• Supervision of UNAMID Super Camp Prime power station installation, including power distribution of residential area and offices, grounding and outdoor lighting, Al-Fashir, North Darfur State.
• Supervision installation and test of Ministry of Defense central UPS system, Khartoum.
• Supply and installation of El wagba Meat Products Factory Generator.

Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
• Work in the field using the satellite generated maps which printed by the GIS Technician and visit the area he is mapping to gather or verify the power distribution network data.
• Walk along with HT and LT feeders and capture the spatial position of poles, transformers, feeders and sub-stations, then draw the distribution network manually on the maps accompanied with its attribute data gathered.
• Collect, translate and categorize the power consumers data such as consumer name, address, power supply source, subscription type and counter number.
Project: Geographical Information System (GIS).
The undergraduate program in electrical engineering, which leads to the Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree, provides a broad foundation in electrical engineering through combined classroom and laboratory work and prepares the student for entering the profession of electrical engineering. Core courses provide the student with a strong background in mathematics, physical sciences and the fundamentals of engineering.
