 Evaluating the business execution and then realizing its full potential by using the available tools as marketing, sales, information management and customer service.
 Maintain the different databases required for all business development operation
 Manage the process of proposals' development from start to end which includes but not limited to write up of technical proposal, budget development, time plans, identification of appropriate profiles etc.
 Ensure proposals comply with the requirements of the client
 Managing Sales & Market (Market Strategy, Planning , Monitor & Control)
 Managing, Coaching Follow-up & Build Sales pipeline.
 Follow-up sales activity.
 Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
 Customer Relationship Management.
