1.Recruitment:-
•Receive the requirement list from HR Manager along with no of position, offering salary details and nationality.
•Send the same list to all the agencies in different countries as well as Mumbai Office.
And ask them to share the CVs as per the requirement.
•Shortlist the candidates (With HR Manager) and ask them to send prescreening form along with full length size photograph.
•Arrange for Skype/telephonic interview with the candidates and send the schedule list to the concern agencies.
•Follow up before one day weather all the candidates will be available or not make a consolidated list and give to HRM along with candidate CV and prescreening forms.
•Receive the list from HRM who clear the interview and shortlisted for the next procedure.
•Send the shortlisted candidates list to the concern agencies and ask them to send the remaining documents (Passport color copy, education certificates and work exp. Certificates).
•If the candidate is HOD Level send the reference check form to his/her reference contact and request them to fill the form and send that back to us.
•Segregate the candidates to the hotels as per their requirement (With HR Manager).
•Prepare the papers (Employee VISA Requisition form, Interview Assessment form Candidate CV, Prescreening form) and send them to the concern hotel for Dept. Head and General Manager Approval (Same time send the mail to them for the same.)
•Receive the papers from the hotels and bring those to HRM for checking and signature.
•Send those papers to GGM office for further approval.
•Receive the papers from GGM and send the same papers (Candidate CV full length picture and Employee VISA Requisition form) for CMW approval in Dubai by E mail.
•Receive the final approval from CMW Sir, take a printout attaché with all remaining document, prepare final offer letter.
•Take HRM signature on the offer letter and send it along with the entire document for GGM signature.
•Receive the offer letter from GGM office and send the scan copy to the Agency (If direct hire then directly to the candidate/ for all Indians only Mumbai office) and ask them to send the accepted offer letter copy for further process.
•When offer letter copy received ask them to complete GAMCA/NON-GAMCA medical for VISA application.
•When medical report receive, make the papers (Offer letter signed copy, medical report and passport color copy) give that to PRO for applying VISA.
•Update the candidate/agency for the same.
•When VISA receives scene copy send to the agency/candidate and ask them to share the flight details for Bahrain.
•If the candidate is from Nepal Agency, Philippines Agency, Kostodin Agency and anyone from Europe country, then we only provide the ticket.
•For these candidates follow up for their date on journey according to that send request mail to purchase/ticketing department to send budgeted quotation for booking their tickets.
•Send the quotation for GGM approval, when approval receive, ask purchase/ticketing department to book the tickets and send them candidate passport copy along with VISA copy for generating LPO (Local Purchase Order).
•Send the ticket copy to the candidate/Agency and request them to acknowledge the same for their flight details.
•Coordinate with Accommodation In charge for candidates arriving dates and their accommodation.
•Coordinate with Front Office team for Candidate OF to Board Massage and their Pick-up from Bahrain Air Port to their Accommodation.
•When next day morning staff come in HR Department arrange for the Breakfast in coffee shop along with other staffs.
•Receive Candidate Passport, mobile no and medical paper which they receive from the Airport.
•Prepare the Indication letter, contract papers as per their Offer Letter terms and conditions, Personal details and custody of Passport papers.
•Explain all the papers to the candidate and take the signature wherever we require on the same papers.
•Issue the Name Badge and Rame book
