• AI meteorological forecasting platform - supported delivery of a data ingestion and forecasting platform aggregating live feeds from 117 automated weather stations across Central Asia.

• Directed procurement and delivery of an AI-enabled market monitoring platform, covering requirements definition, data pipeline integration, architecture sign-off and phased rollout across 12 industry verticals.
• Led enterprise-wide ERP implementation and staff onboarding, managing change management and adoption for 500+ staff and reducing manual process costs by an estimated USD 200, 000 per year; also managed procurement and onboarding of two further enterprise platforms (corporate governance and antitrust case management), with combined technology investment exceeding USD 500, 000.
• Negotiated and managed delivery frameworks for USD 2 million+ in international research and technology partnerships with OECD, ADB, UNCTAD, US FTC and US DOJ, growing the partnership pipeline by an estimated 35% year-on-year.
