RO / Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator

At Present I Am Working As A RO / Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator In Operation & Maintenance Department On RO (Reverse Osmosis Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) & MBR (Membranes Bio Reactor Plant) At Suido Kiko Middle East Water Company, (National Water Company Project), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia w.e.f 17th December 2011 to Till Date.
Responsibilities under taken in Operation of R.O Plants:
• Operation and Trouble shooting of Reverse Osmosis Plants
• Controlling Operations of Equipment or Systems. Watching Gauges, Dials, Or Other Indicators To Make Sure A Machine Is Working Properly.
• To detect any deficiency in any of the treatment stages
• Preventive Maintenance and Trouble shooting
• Initiating manual and automatic Sand Filters Backwashing.
• Initiating R.O. Membranes chemical cleaning (whenever required)
• Maintaining the quality parameter and discharging standards
• Manually Backwashing Softeners
• Handling pre and post treatment chemicals
• Reporting to Operations Engineer
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, annual and maintenance reports
• Leading a team of maintenance and supervision of plant operators
• Maintaining daily log sheets and quality systems
• Operation of SCADA systems and PLC’s

1. RO Treatment Plant NWC PROJECT Al kharj, Riyadh Capacity 50000 m3/day
2. RO Treatment Plant NWC PROJECT Salbook, Riyadh Capacity 50000 m3/day
3. Sewage Treatment Plant Al khumra NWC project Jeddah Saudi Arabia-capacity 50000 m³/day
4. Sewage Treatment Plant Capacity 30000 M3/Day & Membranes Bio Reactor Plant (MBR) Capacity 30000 M3/Day.NWC Project Briman Jeddah. Saudi Arabia.
5. Sewage Treatment Plant Ministry of water & Electricity Tabuk Saudi Arabia Capacity 30000 m3/day
Responsibilities under taken in Operation of STP plant:
1. Performed chemical feed, pump adjustments and preventative maintenance.
2. Operated and maintained water plants and the wastewater plant.
3. Conducted process adjustments and change of flow.
4. Managed the daily operation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant.
5. Daily problem solving.
6. Fully conversant of process control, flow adjustment, sludge return, sludge wasting, odor control, D.O, B.O.D, Mixed liquor and sludge settle ability etc.
