Responsible for the HO3/PAT within the specified project
Making sure that Service Providers are being monitored in terms of their progress as per contractual obligations.
Liaise with internal Ericsson and Customer as to the progress and challenges of the project
Monitor activities of the Service Provider and assures that contract requirements, specifications and milestones are fulfilled.
Help find ways and solutions to problems encountered by the Service Provider during HO3/PAT
Assures that the agreed implementation schedules and guidelines are followed and enforced.
Prepares accurate weekly/monthly progress report.
Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.
Maintain a good working relationship with the Client\'s representatives and all Discipline involved in the project.
Coordinates activities and assures that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the Project goals and objectives.
Head Count planning for different ongoing/upcoming projects
Defining Project and contract scope clearly.
Defining the project budget.
Assist daily planning activities and prioritize safety critical equipment,
Monitor Preventive maintenance and Improve PM’s job plans and equipment reliability and safety.
Building the project team with the help of HR.
Defining KPI for team and the project.
Developing procurement plan.
Insure HSE standards follow-up and Assist Risk assessment elaborations and coordination.
Developing the project structures and the working activities for schedule.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports.

Liaison with various product teams/functions within for cross functional requirements
Liaison with outside vendors/suppliers of sales
Ensure internal coordination (throughout Pakistan) so that valuable sales process may carryon.
Log work for the development of sales plans as per the approved sales strategies
Internal sales audit for the incentive re-imbursements
Coordinating with the factories and making a liaison between factories and dealers / distributors.
Coordination for budget preparations and monitoring of the same
Control credit turnover of Rs. 30-35 million per month.
