Projects:
Implementing infrastructure lines and associated water tank, owner: national water company, the work scope of the project: implementation of the main sewer line carrier diameter 1800 mm and 1600 mm concrete pipes lined with HDPE along 25 km including horizontal drilling at intersections with main roads and manholes, Wastewater treatment plant, home connections, approximate project value:(365, 000, 000 Saudi Riyals).
Responsibilities:
•Performed maintenance and repairs on all of the facility mechanical systems including security, heating, and AC
•Performed or managed preventative and on-demand maintenance programs improving building conditions and extending life of the facility.
• Manage the BD and Sales department and develop a growth strategy.
•Think strategically by seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
•Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
•Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
•Research and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
•Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
